COVID-19 VACCINE BOOSTER
A NEXT-GENERATION COVID-19 VACCINE TRIAL

If you received your second dose of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine at least 6 months ago, you could be part of research that may protect against new COVID-19 variants.

Over the course of the pandemic, COVID-19 variants have emerged, resulting in breakthrough cases in those previously vaccinated or infected. This is likely to continue. Moderna is evaluating new mRNA vaccines to address these emerging variants.

Ventavia Research in Houston needs volunteers to participate in the Coverage Study — a clinical trial in which volunteer participants are contributing to a potential solution for this global health crisis by helping evaluate if new trial vaccines are safe and effective at preventing illness after someone is exposed to variants of COVID-19.

Consider joining the trial if you:

  •  Are 18 years of age or older
  • Have received your second dose of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine at least six months prior to screening for this trial
  • Have not been exposed to someone with  COVID-19 in the past 14 days
  • Do not have an immunocompromising  condition

Volunteer participants will receive trial-related tests and procedures, including additional medical support for any symptomsof COVID-19, throughout their participation in the trial. Compensation for trial-related time and travel may also be available.
